A WISE WOMAN’S FOLK REMEDIES
A Wise Woman is a keeper of folk wisdom.
Her knowledge is quiet, intuitive, and woven from stories, nature and lived experience.
She knows when to speak and when to simply sit beside someone in their pain.
In many traditions, she is simply a woman who listens to nature, to the body, to the soul.
Inside every woman lives a Wise Woman
a part of her that knows how to heal, nurture, and reconnect.
She might be quiet, buried under the noise of life,
but she’s still there – waiting to be remembered.
This is what I’ve created this space for:
a place to remember the Wise Woman inside you
and the wisdom you already hold.
Rooted in nature and shaped by traditions
Folk remedies are more than old recipes passed down through generations, they carry the essence of how our grandmothers soothed a fever, how a song calms the restless heart, how a story by firelight carries medicine for the soul.
ancestral, communal, and alive
They are all the songs, stories, rituals, and everyday practices that helps us to reconnect with our inner knowing, the rhythms of nature, and offer healing for both body and spirit. Each remedy is a reminder of where we come from and how we stay connected.
This space weaves together folk wisdom, ritual, grief support, and embodied practices for women walking through life’s thresholds.

hey, I’m Rebeka
yoga therapist, herbalist in training, INELDA-trained grief and death doula.
I hold space for conversations around women’s health, menstruation, HPV, abortion, loss, death and the changes we often walk through alone.
This space is born from my love for nature, ritual, craft, and from the healing power of being seen, heard, and witnessed in our wholeness, welcoming the light we shine and the shadowed corners we often hide.
